Subject                                  : Clarification of Big Lot Transaction 
on 27 May 2021
Description                              :
Comanche International Public Company Limited ("COMAN" or the "Company") would 
like to clarify the transaction of the Company's shares as appeared in the COMAN
share trading transaction through the Stock Exchange's trading system on the
Big Lot Board, totaling 27,600,000 shares or equivalent to 20.60 percent of the
total paid-up shares of the Company. The transaction was caused by the sale of
shares of Mr. Apichai Sakulsureeyadej, a major shareholder of the Company.
However, the change in the above major shareholders does not currently have an
impact on the board of directors' structure, controlling power, business
policies, business management, or the management structure. Nevertheless, Mr.
Apimuk Bamrungwong does not meet the criteria for the tender offer.
