Comanche International Public Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform 
you that on 22nd February 2022, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 1/2022
resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Wasawat Prasertsin to take positions
in place of the resigned Chief Executive Officer. Effective
22nd February 2022 onwards.

Please be informed accordingly.
