Change of director/Executive

To: 	President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Comanche International Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to 
inform that Mr. Somboon Sukheviriya, Chief Executive Officer, has informed his
request to resign from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company
due to retirement, but still holds the position of Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Company. He will perform his duty as Chief Executive Officer
until 9th March 2022.

Please be informed accordingly.
