According to the letter of The Stock Exchange of Thailand dated April 4, 2022 
requesting Akkhie Prakarn Public Company Limited ("the Company") to clarify any
major development which results in the significant increase of the Company's
securities trading volume and trading price.

The Company would like to inform that the Company has no significant 
development. In addition to the company has previously disseminated information
in accordance with the regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. If the
Company has any information or development that may affect the fundamentals of
the stock price, we will inform you accordingly.
