Subject : Clarification of Big Lot Transaction
Description :
Comanche International Public Company Limited ("COMAN" or the "Company") would
like to clarify the trading of the Company's shares as appeared in the COMAN
share trading transaction through the Stock Exchange's trading system on the Big
Lot Board, totaling 33,000,000 shares or equivalent to 24.63 percent of the
total paid-up shares of the Company. Such transaction was caused by the sale of
shares of Mr. Somboon Sukheviriya, a major shareholder of the Company. The
details are as follows.

Amarit Klomchitcharoen does not meet the criteria for the tender offer.
